Synchronise with Nokia and Outlook

Hi Folks,

This is driving me mad. I sync my Nokia with outlook but I seem to have a
problem. If I delete a task from outlook (ie when it's done) then sync it
adds the task back to outlook from the phone unless I also delete it from
there too.

Any idea how I can set it to use the most recent version of my to do list.

Check with Nokia or whomever makes the sync software - it isn't an Outlook
issue.
