My girl friend has just locked up her Motorola Timeport timeport phone, any
ideas or suggestions how to un-lock it.

Many thanks

Unfortunately she has lock up the phone, after you type the SIM card number

In article <8mdph1$4ra$1...@uranium.btinternet.com>,

easiest way is to call up she service provider and ask for the PUK
code, some verification of ownership is required.

then again, in case you just so happen to "find" a phone so conviently,
and the customer service is not too happy to assist your girlfriend, a
transfer card or a emmi box can do the trick.

the phone should say "blocked" if SIM card code is entered
incorrectly 3 times. The manual has unblocking instructions,
which include entering an eight digit code from SIM provider.
