Hey folks,
I'm currently doing a project for a course in post-secondary that involves a bit of surveying and would very much appreciate your participation in a brief and simple survey that I have created!

This question is not clear. Is it supposed to include Wi-Fi as well as
network-based data (3G etc.)? At least for me, the answer given would
be very different.

You're right, I should've been a bit more clear on that question. The question is meant to be inquiring about carrier-provided wireless data only (no WiFi).
