I am currently looking to start a mobile to mobile operator phone
business in Africa but have little knowledge how to start this
business.

Please can any one try to help me and my brother to give us a guide
line, steps or structure plan of how to start this project please?.

What where looking for is to issue sim mobile celluler phone cards, sale
top-up credits, cloud services, money transefer, etc but we need how to
start this project though we know that it's a competitive business but
what can we do please interms of all the best equipments to use or tech.
