Back in on August 9, 2002, I signed up with ATT TDMA under a foundation
account, which gave me a discount on the phone as well as the month service.
I've heard that this entitles me to only a one year contract, but I don't
remember the representative telling me anything about the length of the
contract. Is there any way to find out other than calling customer care?
Are foundation accounts all one year?

That would be a "Sponsorship" plan under the Corprate Foundation
account. Likley there would be term on your account as the Foundation
account has the 'contract term' within it.

But the CS line would tell you if you under contract. It might be easier
to ask to change plans, or service and then say "are there any
restrictions from me doing that?"

You'll have to call Customer Care or drop by an AT&T company store to find
out the length of the contract. They don't disclose the info freely, but
will without hesitation if you ask...
