Issues with Google Translate in LG Cell Phone

I have a problem trying to access Google Translate with my Cell phone.I always receive a message that says:"The requested host was not found". Anyone on planet earth could help me?

You need to supply more details such has the brand and model of your cell
phone.
It might be a program that you need to setup before you can use it.
