Needed Cell Phone Feature

There is a needed Cell Phone feature that should be *built-in*.

Just like your cell or SmartPhone has an Address Book, there should be
a "Block List" or "Black List" where you can add caller IDs (phone
numbers). And I mean it would work EXACTLY like your Address Book
does. NO external WEB site, nor "Do Not Call" listing.

Maybe some SmartPhones already have this, but my Motorola WX345 does
not.
