CD Copy with a CD-R

Any know how I can make an image (650 MB) of an entire CD on my HD form an
IDE source drive with Easy CD Pro 95 and then burn it to a blank CD? I
want to copy cds with a format not supported by Easy CD Pro and I dont have
a SCSI cd-rom drive other than my CD-R. I am sure this is possible, and if
not with Easy Cd Pro what program can do this? thanks for any help.
