I am wondering what options I have for a CD drive for my Amiga 1200. I
read a review of Labrinth for Amiga and I REALLY want it. Can I just use an
IBM drive hooked up to a SCSI controller? CDTV is being phased out and I
never liked that thing anyway. The A570 drive is being blown out for $199
US now. If only it would work on all Amiga.

Don't know much about the 1200, but a scsi controller, driver software,
and a scsi cd-rom drive is what you'll need. I haven't heard of an IDE
cd-rom drive. (1200 has IDE controller on MB right?) Not sure if they
even exist. From what I have seen they either have a proprietary
controller or are scsi compliant.

Please post any useful E-Mail replies, as there are a lot of us out here
with the same queries.
