A Statement from The Criterion Collection, a subsidiary of Voyager, and
the producers of the THIS IS SPINAL TAP CD-ROM:

Thanks for your concern about Voyager's Spinal Tap CD-ROM. We are very
proud of it and we are giving it a full Voyager launch. We have advertised
the CD-ROM in ads in Wired and the Utne Reader. We've also received great
coverage in Premiere magazine and this month's Wired.

Spinal Tap is available. If you can't find the CD-ROM in a store near you,
you can buy it directly from us. Our customer service number is
1-800-446-2001. We also have a list of retail stores that sell our CD-ROMs.
You can find this list on our homepage (http:\\www.voyagerco.com). Please
take a look.

Sincerely,

The Criterion Collection

I hope that clarifies the situation.

Well, I just came from the local computer store where they indeed DID have
the Spinal Tap CD-ROM. For the Macintosh, that is. I was there to get the
Hard Day's Night CD-ROM, so I know what I saw.
