Same Change - New Name

Socialized medicine is being sold as "universal health care" - government
ownership or control of the nation's vast natural resources is being sold as
"environmentalism" - Freedom of Religion is now being sold as "freedom from
religion," in accordance with the Marx view that "The first requisite for
the happiness of the people is the abolition of religion." Need I go on with
example after example, through every facet of today's federal atrocity
called government, before you will realize what we have done?

Corporations, which are nothing more than people, from the hourly worker to
the CEO and shareholder, are now the "evil" face of Democrat's primary
target: capitalism. That's because Democrats have adopted the belief of
Vladimir Lenin, that "Capitalists are no more capable of self-sacrifice than
a man is capable of lifting himself up by his own bootstraps."

In sum, according to Lenin and today's Democrats, the average American is no
longer suited for self-governance and they (Democrats) must step in and rob
from those greedy capitalists in order to save you from yourself.

Hillary Clinton recently stated it quite clearly, "We're going to take
things away from you on behalf of the common good." Nikita Khrushchev said
it this way, "Comrades! We must abolish the cult of the individual
decisively, once and for all" and obviously, today's Democrat Party is
united in this belief system.

No candidate is advocating socialized medicine.

Not quite right.....

Universal Health Care is being sold as "Single Payer System".

None of it is "Socialized medicine"

Very few countries have socialized medicine. Some countries have socialized
the financial side of health care, and this may or may not take the form of
a single payer system.

I know of no candidates who have advocated "socialized medicine". Those
that claim this and especially those that claim it's "socialism" are
ignorant rubes who don't know their thumb from their dick. Generally these
are the same people who believe the US health care system is just peachy.
In other words, they should be ignored and/or marginalized as the
sub-room-temperature IQ dipshits they are.

Please tell who has suggested a Single Payer System. That is essentially
Canada's system. Where you have the state acting as the insurance company
paying the bills. Now here we have insurance companies and if you have
problem when a procedure is denied you can complain or write them a nasty
letter and all you'll do is most likely waste time.

Now if you got turned down for something in a single payer system you
complain to the "payer" say Medicare. Medicare still denies you... then
complain to you congressmen. So you have recourse.

No to the campaign. Obama and Clinton both propose 'similar heath care
plans. None of which are single payer plans. they want to allow you to buy
into plans like the Federal Employee Benefits plan - which are menu of
various plans like Blue Cross/blue shield plans and other companies. They
are nice plans, if you know anyone who works for the federal government will
tell you. Now I have heard some plans out allow to buy into Medicare.

Both don't force you into one plan. they both allow to stay where you are.
Clinton does want to force you into to some sort of plan.

Now I always thought the easiest thing would be to just expand Medicare to
everyone. Now THAT would be single payer. No one has proposed that, as far
I can tell.

I sued my insurance company in NYS three time.
They paid they underpaid their obligation under the contract.

Insurance companies skim off huge sums
of money and provide no health care.

Unfortunately no candidate is proposing a single payer system

PS...Such a system is not free..

Not only that, you have appeal rights all the way to the USSC. Most private
insurance companies force their clients to sign mandatory arbitration deals,
which means you can't sue them. If you have a complaint, you must go to an
arbitrator which is hired by the insurance company. Let's say an abritrator
has the gonads to side against the insurance company. Do you think that
arbitrator is ever going to get selected by that insurance company (or any
other) again?

That's essentially what France has done. The basic coverage comes from a
single payer. Most people buy supplemental coverage, but that comes from a
private provider. So if you want optional coverage, you pay extra, but both
the basic and supplemental coverage are far cheaper than what insurance in
the US costs. If you work, you pay for the basic plan which comes right out
of your paycheck with your employer picking up part of the tab. Since
everyone who works is paying into the system, it's cheaper for everyone.
Coverage is better. Care is better. Access is better. Satisfaction is
better. People live longer. Infant mortality is lower. People are more
healthy. France pays 10% of their GDP towards health care while the US pays
15% and climbing. Oh, but we can't have a system that actually makes sense,
because you have the knuckledragging inbred Reichtards who squeal,
"Communist", "Socialism", and all sorts of other pejoratives they can't hope
to understand in the first place.

the current health care is messy because it is unregulated while
medicine is heavily regulated. will you pay $350 for macaroni and
cheese in hospital with $7K daily price tag? In Calif, half of
bankruptcy are from medical cost, for some, health care is a road to
wealth at the other marrow expense. Will you pay $35K for firefighter
dept when you house in on fire or pay more tax to fund it when you
need it?

Liberals will attempt calling their socialist policies anything in order to
dupe the public into failed utopian programs... "Single Payer"... "Universal

Socialized Medicine.... AKA.... SOCIALISM!

"Free Healthcare" nothing in life is free. This is the common mantra you
hear from the right "free healthcare"

No will have to pay for it. And we are paying for it now! My premiums are
always rising.

And I have more faith in my congressmen rather than TRYING to sue my
insurance company. I would rather put them all out of business and just get
Medicare for all.

Most people are relatively happy with their own health care, so
there's been no real uprising from the American people to change
things. Those who seriously want our health care situation to improve
should start contacting their Senators and Congressmen now. Let them
know what types of changes you want. Here are some suggestions from
medical professionals, along with contact information for both houses
of Congress:

People WITH health insurance are worried about the cost and access to
services. Read the polls.

It always polls close to the top. If we weren't in Iraq this owuld have
come up sooner.

The polls say most people are relatively happy with their own health
care. Most also believe it's wrong that 47 million Americans are
uninsured. If public does not start demanding that Congress take
action, nothing will ever happen. So if you're not happy, you should
start contacting your Senators and Congressmen now. You can find
contact information here:
