Buttermilk Biscuits:
2 cups self-rising flour~
1 Tbsp sugar~
1 cup buttermilk~
Mix all ingredients. Spoon a biscuit-sized ball of dough into a little
bit of flour. Roll it around to coat all sides so you can pick it up
with your hands. Place in a greased pan and roll it around so both top
and bottom are greased.
Place with sides touching into pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
