I read that book a few years ago and giggled the entire way through it.
I dished it off to my brother's wife, who is a former fundie Christian -
Calvary Chapel variety - and even she thought it was hilarious.
I recently finished his A Dirty Job, about Death. Funny and sad at the
same time, but definitely worth reading.

I only know one person who it might offend and I'd never recommend it to
her. This is a woman who quit our book club because I chose Cider House
Rules by John Irving. I don't know what she expected, because it's not a
"Christian" book club. We read anything and everything just about. We had a
wonderful discussion on that book.
Lamb reminds me a bit of the movie Dogma. I loved that one. I just don't
take any of the spoofing seriously. How can you when it's not meant to be
serious?

I loved A Dirty Job! I felt so sorry for poor Charlie!
Have you read Blood Sucking Fiends and You Suck yet?
