CAD For a total artistic/drafting dummie!!!!!!

Is there a simple CAD software for a simple minded person who knows
computers but has a total lack of knowledge of CAD programs? I want to be
able to take some simple woodworking ideas and try to draft them out and see
what the look like. Something on the line of this is a 2x4 24" high, 18"
wide, by 6' long and have it show me a have way intelligent representation.
Oh! yea not to expensive.
