Yes, you can! I'll try to write (my english isn't very good:)

You must select command "pedit" (modify->polyline).
Select one of your line.
Program answer you this : "Do you want to turn it into one? <Y>"
Invio (or return, in Italy is invio) then you choose "Join". Digit "J" and
select all the lines you want to join. Lines are now one polyline.
I hope you understand!

Bye bye

Or you can use MPEDIT, it's similar to PEDIT except the "M" stand for
multiple, anyway it's better. Read help in ACAD for more detail!!!

Keep both sets of commands in mind, 'cause I deal a lot with joining/
closing polylines and I utilize both of them. Sometimes (for no apparent
reason) I get a "divide by zero" error from mpedit. In such times the
old pedit will usually work.
Other times the action will fail because of imperfectly (overlapping
with raggedy ends) formed intersections.
Changing color on some of the polys that do join lets you see
problem intersections.
doing a fillet zero on the pieces you want to join save you a lot of
frustration.
I've been hoping for a "chain select" command that works from
AutoCAD...there is one in the Express Tools but I have yet to get it
to work

Yas,

PEdit command, Join option.

The ends of the polyline must meet exactly, and 3D polylines don't work.

Does anyone have a 3D Polyline joiner? Also I believe there are LSP programs
to miter 2 polylines together when their end points don't meet exactly.

Hello,
Just use the PEDIT command, then 'J' to join a polyline to other segments or
polylines (I don't know if in your country the 'J' is the rigth option). One
must be starting at the point where the other ends and they have to be
coplanar.
Regards,
