plotting problem

Hello, I've got a crazy problem that I've never seen before.
I've got most of the entities in my Title Block (which are all
Mtext items "not" ddatte attributes) of 16 major size dwgs
that will not plot. They show up in the print preview but they
don't plot ! The first thing I Checked was if they somehow got
moved or created in the defpoints layer as many of you know
the story behind that. But they are not in that layer and they
are not frozen or turned off. They are in a user "created" layer
named Title. This afternoon with about 15 min's till quitting time
I started plotting and realized the dilemma. I tried copying them
all and deleting the old ones, then I exploded all of them to
dtext lines. Still won't plot ! Tomorrow morning when I get
there I will have to retype all 16 title blocks by hand and see
if that plots, if not I dont' know what the heck to try. And what
is even crazier is these "same" title blocks have been used and
plotted many times before and now this ? We're running
R-14 on WinMe, yea I know WinMe is the pits but that's what
they have on my machine. Anybody know what is going on ????

Did you check the text objects' layer AFTER you exploded the blocks? That's
the first immediate thought in my head.
