CADKEY comes with a direct translator from CADKEY .prt
files to Autocad .dwg files. Ask your CADKEY person to
give the files to you in .dwg format. Unless he's using a
VERY old version of CADKEY, it should be no problem.

AutoCAD can not convert a CadKey PRT file. Your supplier with the
PRT file should have an IGES and/or DXF converter that comes with
their copy of CadKey.
