HELP!! Can someone help a Newbe

Need Help.
I purchased ACAD 14 (upgrade from 13) over two years ago and have
never registered it or even opened the package because my computer was
destroyed in a fire and I have been using an old computer which can't
handle it.
I finally bought a new machine & want to use the package.
Will I have a problem registering it because it is so old?
Will it even install without the version 13 in the machine? All I
managed to save from fire are my old install disks from release 10.
Will it install and run well under Win ME?
Any & all help is appreciated.

best to post this ont he autodesk discussion groups:

they have staff monitoring the groups and you might get some reliable
guidance from them.
