Set all colours to use Pen7. The BJC5100 works just fine.
BTW, the BJ330 uses ONLY black ink so it wouldn't give you this
problem, would it? :-)

First item is "Do you have a color cartridge installed?"
If so, and you want color, go to start/settings/printers/bjc5100 and set the
printer to color. If not, then set the printer to monochrome.
Close out of the settings and then open Acad, open the drawing and select
print. Open the pin assignment box and set the pin color to pin 7 if no color
is desired.
