I understand your concern, Robert. I read previous analyst notes. he wrote
all notes very accurate, however no one read that notes because your account

see the problem. Everyoen admits there is a problem. WHy should I have to do
anything here? Shouldn't this vast series of mistakes be handled by COmcast?

send a letter to our billing department, Even you can send this chat
transcript to them regarding your issue.We can't provide you reference
letter because your account closed and their is not way from us to contact
billing department through your account.

Robert, Every account have has their connection with the billing, If the
account connection close with the billing, we do not have any way to contact
them except FAX.

suggested I got to my local office. When I insisted this was his job, he
