In what used to be called the Dutch East Indies, there was an Island called
KRAKATOA, this was an active volcanic island.
In 1883 it erupted, so great was the noise, that it was heard many hundreds
of miles away, the ash from this eruption traveled the world, and even
colored the sunsets and sunrises in Europe and North America.
The Tsunamis from this volcanoes were felt as far away as Australia,Japan
and Hawaii.
In 1969 a fictional story was set around this event, it was called
"Krakatoa,East of Java"
Not to make light of this terrible event, which is set in the region of this
weeks horrible catastrophe, but Krakatoa is west of Java, if you whish to
look it up on a map.

Yes and the Muslim took over and convinced the native to kill the Dutch.They
blamed the eruption on the Dutch being Satan child. And the explosion was
heard thousand of miles away. The explosion itself was 150 time greater than
Hiroshima.
