New MLM - 80% paid back to members

We have one member. Me.
Before memberships are sold, several things must be decided.
I need your input to help make these decisions.
What I can tell you about this program so far:
The PRODUCT:
Members will join a club (to be named by the membership soon) and
the membership will publish a newsletter to be distributed by e-mail.
The membership will determine the content of the newletter and most
other aspects of how the club will operate.
The $$$$$$ part of this program:
There will be a low cost to join. The Membership Activation Fee (MAF) is
$20.00
and the memberships dues/cost of newletter and frequency and content of
newsletter
will be determined by the founding membership.
The income opportunity for members is unmatched by any other MLM program.
80% of membership costs will be paid back out to members for referring new
members.
With a TREMENDOUS 50% paid to the sponsoring member for each member
they PERSONALLY sponsor.
LAUNCH DATE and important info you need to know:
This post will be cancelled on October 20th, to give founding members a
better
opportunity to build their downline. No money will be expected or accepted
for
new memberships until POTENTIAL members decide upon costs, launch date
and content/frequency of newsletter. This gives everyone a chance to see
what
their potential earnings and how popular this program will be BEFORE they
invest any money.

In other words, you don't have a product...

And you don't have a program, business plan, etc. I take it your
start up capital came out of your piggy bank.

Go to Jail, Go directly to Jail, Do not pass Go, Do not collect

If people are paid for the recruitment of other people you just
qualified as having an illegal pyramid scheme.

Other important information you need to know. People who advertise
illegal pyramid schemes can be fined thousands of dollars and risk
jail sentences or both....
