NEW ENCHANCED MARKETING PROGRAM
In light of recent marketing reviews, we have decided to produce the
most beneficial marketing plan available to our representatives. The
nature of network marketing is changing on an almost daily basis, it
used to be that a company could expect loyalty due to the belief in the
products that they made available. Today the market place has become
much more competitive than it was six months ago. To make our exclusive
products even more appealing to yourself and others who maybe looking
for a new opportunity in network marketing we have formulated an easier
to comprehend market plan that will be far more lucrative than our
previous program. This enchanced program will benefit all of our
representatives no matter the size of your organization. The cost of
becoming a HOPE representative will not increase and you will not lose

Kits and Materials
our new starter kits that will reflect the new marketing plan are
currently being printed. Due to the total change of our plans it was
necessary, to completly redesign our starter kits. Please undersand the
delay and allow us to begin shipping the new kits next week. Kits will
begin shipping at ID# 28147 and will ship at the rate of 2000 kits per
day until we are on a daily basis.
A new aplication is included on the fax on demand material. Please begin
to use them immediatly. It is OK to make copies of this and use it to
sign on new reps. A grace period will be allowed to give time for the
new kits to reach the feild. New starter kits will be available to the
reps in the system who have already received a kit, a reduced price will
be quoted on the fax on demand next week once printing is finished.
When using the new applications please get them from fax on demand fax
blast. If making copies please keep them legible and make sure to mail
in the hard copy with the original signature for our records. Always
give the new rep. a copy of the front and back and do not forget to send
in the presenter's statement guide.
PRE PAID FUEL CARDS
Included in this update are copies of two documents that can be viewed
on fax on demand, and should clear up several questions regarding the
HOPE Prepaid Fuel Card. The first is from the president of MAC Network.
This is being sent to every station nationwide that is on the MAC
Network. It introduces our card to them, which should alleviate any
further confusion concerning the HOPE card. Please take time to read it
over carefully as it will also cover many other questions that you may
have. The second document is a list of the most asked questions and
comes from NTS. Make sure that this well read and passed on to your
downline.
HELP!!
Over the next few weeks please be sure to keep yourself and your
downline up to date by pulling the corporate update on the fax on demand
venue. We will be mailing out information to all of the reps, but if you
will check that venue it will speed up the information proccess. We are
doing our best to keep you up to date but we need your help to reach all
of the new reps as quickly as possible. Make copies and pass them out at
your local meetings.

Questions
What is the Debit Card Program?
The program is a debit card that allows the cardholder to perform retail
purchases at any "MAC" gasoline point-of-sale location.
What is the value of the HOPE Debit card ?
The initial value is $50.00. The balance will be reduced by the amount
of the sale until the balance is zero.
Does the User need a PIN# to complete the transaction?
Yes, the PIN# is required at the time of the transaction.
The PIN# is 4673 (HOPE).
Where are the "MAC" gasoline locations?
The locations are any of the Corporate Owned locations of the major
oil companies listed on the fax on demand. The retail location may sell
the major oil company brand of gasoline, but it may not be owned by
that oil company and may use Debit Systems other than "MAC".
How do I know if a location is set up for Debit Process?
~ If it prompts you for a PIN#.
~ PIN pad will have a Debit button.
~ If there is no POS card swipe, check with the attendant before
filling.
The station is not on the "MAC" Network?
Contact your primary bank that processes your credit cards and ask
to be added to the "MAC" Debit Network.
What if the retailer does not accept a Debit Card?
The card can not be used at that location.
How do I find out my card ballance?
Call the IVR @ 800-325-6184 and enter the card number and PIN#.
What do I do if my card doesn't work?
Call your HOPE Rep @ 817-419-0057.
What do I do if I lost my card?
Call your HOPE Rep @ 817-419-0057.

IMPORTANT UPDATED INFORMATION:
1. HOPE is changing the compensation plan to ONE CYCLE ONLY. You
can cycle as many times as possible in a given day. $600.00 for each
60 members. (a computer simulation proves the new plan to pay at
least DOUBLE of the old plan!)
2. Hope is now also going to pay you $25.00 in gas credit for each
person you personally sponsor that buys a WPU.
3. Their will be NO DAILY FLUSHING of sales.
Example: If you were to cycle at let's say 19 left leg and 53 right
you would get paid $600.00 and you would still have 4 left leg and
8 right leg waiting to cycle again! (again a computer simulation
proves the new plan to pay at least DOUBLE of the old plan!)
4. Their will be no more Commission Maintenance Re-Entry. That
means you WILL NOT receive fuel enhancer when you cycle. However,
you will still get an additional gas card. Plus, when someone
cycles in your downline... it still counts as a SALE FOR YOU!
5. The price of the Executive Rep. Kits is going down from $64.95
to $59.95
6. Your fuel card will soon be rechargeable to where you can put up
to $800.00 of fuel on it EVERY MONTH.
7. You can also order EXTRA CARDS to where you can give one to your
spouse, significant other or a child off at school.
8. Executive Rep Kits have been completely redesigned and 2,000 a
day will be mailed out beginning July 1, 1997 to every representative
over the number 28,167.
9. New software is expected to be installed by July 1, 1997 that
will AUTOMATICALLY PLACE NEW REPS IN YOUR WEAK LEG
when No-Placement is specified.
10. MAC debit card will set up ANY GAS STATION that wishes to
participate. They will do this FREE OF CHARGE if they already have
credit card swipe technology. Just have the station owner call MAC
at 1-800-325-6184. If the station does not have swipe technology
MAC will still set them up for a nominal fee.
11. You can now receive commission checks WITHOUT
personally sponsoring two people. People can get a check
completely by spill-over if that occurs.
