This is a shortened version of a similar message which I found on a
similar bulletin board. I'll try to condense it so as not to bore you
with irrelevant details. I'll try to explain how you can make EASILY
$10,000 IN THREE WEEKS! And the money keeps coming!!
Recently, I found this on a bulletin board and decided to try it. I
was browsing through news groups and came across an article similar to
this that said: you could make thousands of dollars within weeks with
only an initial investment of one $10.00 bill! So I thought, "Yeah
right, this must be a scam", but Like most of us, I was curious, so I
kept reading. Anyway, it said that you send only one US $10.00 bill to
the first address in the list below You then place your name and
address in the bottom of the list at #6, and post the article in at
least 200 news groups. (There are thousands) No catch, that was it.
As I read this, I had four major questions which I think that anyone
reading this will share:
One: Is this legal?
So I talked to a lawyer. He seemed skeptical that I could actually
make any money, but he said that it was absolutely legal. In fact, he
gave me the names of several laws and postal code regulations which
clarify this (Names given at the end of the document).
Two: Would the post office allow this?
So I called them. They mentioned the same regulations that the lawyer
did, and told me that I would be perfectly free to do this as long as
it fit into the category of collecting names for mailing lists (the
technicalities of this are taken care of later).
Three: Is this moral?
In a word: Yes. Anyone who sends me money (provided that they are
following the instructions truthfully, will most likely make very
large amounts of money. And since people buy lottery tickets every
day, it is certainly not an immoral thing to do.
Four: Is there any way that this could conceivably make me any
money?
I figured that, since there was almost nothing at risk, I would try it
and see. You already know the results of that! Within ONE week, I
had made over a thousand dollars, and the money kept coming in! By
the end of three weeks, I had $17,000.00!!
So, here are the addresses. Please follow the instructions carefully.

Here are the steps which, provided you follow them carefully, will
send you money probably within the week.
1. get a piece of paper, and write on it "Please put me on your
mailing list" (this is to cover the post office regulations). Fold
one ten dollar (US) bill inside it, and put it in an envelope. (Make
sure that the bill cannot be seen from the outside, to prevent
thievery).
2. Send the envelope to the first address on the list.
3. Remove the first address on the list, and shift all of the others
up one (So that # 2 become #1, #3 become #2, etc.) Add YOUR name and
address as the new #6.
4. Post this message (with the amended address list), on as many
bulletin boards as possible. (Usually about 200) Note that the more
you post it on, the more money you will make.
That's it. Its that simple! Within a week, your message will have
been posted by thousands of other people on hundreds of thousands of
news boards all over the web! Within three weeks, people will begin
sending you money. Good luck! Please, again, PLEASE do not try to
