HOW DOES IT WORK?
By agreement with one of the big 3 as WealthCom's underlying long
distance carrier, you receive crystal clear transmissions on every
call--the most affordable and mostconvenient long distance service
available.
OVERVIEW
In January 1996, the WealthNet Group introduced WealthCom, the first
phase of a multi-dimensional communications program which results in
lower communication costs and increased productivity for members and
others using the program.
Two basic services, long distance and conference calling, are being
offered in the initial phase of the program. Shortly thereafter,
additional services will be offered in the second phase that may
include cellular, paging, voice messaging, voice mail, fax retrieval
and forwarding, international long distance and other exciting new
features.
The long distance program offers members a choice between two plans:
A. ECONOMY PLAN
This plan offers a low, fixed 9.9 cents per minute rate, anywhere,
anytime in the continental United States. Billing is based on SIX
SECOND increments beginning immediately with the connection of the
call. There is NO MINIMUM VOLUME requirement OR set up fee. There is
a $3.50 monthly service charge to cover the cost of accounting and
billing.
B. CO-OP Plan
The Co-op Plan offers a 10.9 cents per minute rate with the same
provisions in the Economy Plan. A discount incentive is offered to
compensate individuals for referring others to the Co-op Plan. This
incentive is structured to provide each customer with a credit* or
group of credits against their own long distance bill based on the
long distance of others they refer to either the Economy Plan or Co-op
Plans, according to the following:
Discount Incentives:
A member may be eligible to discount incentive bonuses from all
levels.
*Accumulated credits are applied against your monthly long distance
charges. Any surplus remaining will be paid on the 20th day following
the end of each calendar quarter (less a credit reserve equal to one
month of your average long distance billing). When you become a
Master Distributor (FREE) and your total group volume for any month is
$10,000.00 or greater your credits for which you are entitled will be
paid within 30 days of the end of the calendar month.
Customers on the Co-op Plan may also refer other customers, including
individuals, businesses and/or organizations to the Economy Plan and
receive a 5% credit based on those customers monthly long distance
charges. However, customers taking advantage of the Economy Plan
may not receive credits or benefits in any way by referring other
customers to either plan.
TOLL-FREE 800 SERVICE PLAN
The nationwide Toll-Free 800 services plan offers a low, fixed 13.9
cents per minute rate anywhere anytime in the continental United
States. There is no minimum volume or set up fee.
CALLING CARD PLAN
Customers on the Calling Card Plan can take advantage of a low, fixed
17.9 cents per minute rate anywhere, anytime in the continental United
States. There is no access fee for each call. Debit Cards and
customized Calling Cards are also available at discounted rates.
Debit Cards in increments of 60 minutes can be purchased for $15 are
fully RECHARGEABLE!
CONFERENCE CALLING
WealthCom offers Conference Calling for group interactive conference
calls of up to 450 lines. The cost for Non-WealthCom Members is only
$ .09 cents per minute per line for toll calls and $ .19 cents per
minute per line for Toll-Free calls. NOTE: There is No Charge for
WealthCom Members on "Meet Me" calls and only a 10 cent per minute
per line charge on Toll-Free Conference Calls.
