prescribed by your eye health care practictioner (optometrist &/or
ophthalmologist) or your money back. All lenses are shipped in their
manufacturersą original sterile vials. If for any reason you wish to
return the lenses, you have up to 30 days to return the lenses in their
unopened vials to receive a full refund. If the lenses are defective,
return them within 30 days in their original vials and they will be
replaced at no extra charge.

PRESCRIPTIONS
We require a current contact lens prescription to process your order. You
can relay a copy by fax, email or snail mail, or we can call your doctor.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We will make every effort to have your contact lenses delivered as quickly
as possible. We may select from a variety of different shipping
techniques to ensure smooth and rapid deliveries. Depending on lens
availability, brand, and location, it may take anywhere from 1 to 10 days
for your to receive your order.
The basic cost for shipping and handling is $4.95 within continental
United States. Overnight deliveries within US is $10.95, depending on
product availability. International deliveries start at $8.95 and vary
according to quantity of lenses ordered and weight of package.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payments may be by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover,
money orders, or cashier checks. No orders will be processed unless paid
in full. We understand that some people have concerns about transmitting
their credit card information through the internet. We are utilizing
every security precautions possible, but for those that are still
concerned, you may transmit the credit card information by fax or mail.
Please be sure to include type of card, name on card, and expiration
date. If you decide to pay by money order or cashier check, you may mail
them to our address listed above.
