Each of our affiliated centres is a specialist in the rental of
private suites, packaging and shipping services. As well, each centre
adheres to the highest standards of confidentiality and security. Each
centre is an Authorized Mail Receiving Agent. Your mail is handled in
a private, secure fashion by experienced, bonded professionals. The
confidentiality of mail processing is our major concern.
Each centre is a private business and is not affiliated with the U.S
Postal Service in any way. Therefore, your privacy is protected and
enforced under strict mail privacy laws. In fact, postal privacy laws
are sometimes stricter than most civil laws.
Each is forbidden by law from revealing a boxholders name, home
address, phone number, or any other information. NO ONE WILL EVER KNOW
YOUR ACTUAL PHYSICAL ADDRESS! The information requested is for our
files only and can only be given to a law enforcement agency in the
event of a formal inquiry. Formal inquisitions may take several months
and your information remains confidential during the entire process.

We can redirect your mail (letters and parcels up to 150 pounds)
anywhere in the world, according to the frequency you choose:
- Weekly
- Semimonthly
- Monthly
We offer two types of services:
- Express messenger service (1 to 5 working days) - Minimum deposit*
of $ 200 U.S. at time of rental.
- Air-mail service (7 to 15 working days) - Minimum deposit* of $ 50
U.S. at time of rental.
* The deposit may be increased depending on the volume of mail
received and the frequency of mail to be redirected.
Should it become necessary, you could also use your own U.P.S., FedEx
or D.H.L. account, and thus, by giving us your client number.
Packaging and handling charges, minimum $ 5 U.S., plus shipping
charges are applicable to each shipment made redirecting your mail.
During rental period, the funds which are not used for redirecting
your mail will be reimbursed. In this case, a money order will be
mailed to you accompanied by a detailed statement of account.

1.Print a copy of this form: APPLICATION FORM
2.Application Form - Fill out each section and sign the document.
3.Copy your driver's licence and another form of I.D. with your
picture (Military or other Government ID, Passport, National Credit
Cards, Alian Registration Card and Birth Certificate).
4.If you are paying by money order, send us, by mail or courier, the
application form, your copy of I.D. and your payment. The address is:

5.If you are paying by transfer of funds (Western Union), send us (by
fax) the application form and your copy of I.D. The fax number is:
(Canada) (450) 967-9248. After having submitted your order, then visit
your local Western Union branch and send the money to: Robin
Boudreault, IMFN, Laval, Quebec, CANADA, (450) 967-7678. They will
give you a TRANSFER NUMBER, send it by e-mail and we will collect the
money within 24 hours.
6.Once your payment and application forms are received, we will you
assign your mailing address with suite number. We will contact you
within 3 days - by phone, fax or e-mail and confirm your new address.
