LEDs with the new GaN chip are in production and available for distribution
in the United States and Latin America.

Our new high efficiency GaN chips are an improvement over the older silicon
carbide-based LEDs. The combination of GaN with SiC substrate to deliver
the ultimate price/performance for blue LEDs.

The MBB LED series come in 3 and 5 mm in a standard T-1 and T-1 3/4
packages and are available in diffused and clear transparent lens. It has
a 430 nm peak wavelength and a 40 degrees viewing angle.

Some of the possible applications for our blue LEDs are:
Outdoor full color displays and moving message signs
Solid state incandescent replacements bulbs
High ambient panel indicators
Color printers, scanners, and imaging systems
Medical and analytical instruments
(spectrophotometers, colorimeters, blood and tissue analyzers)

Pricing in small quantities are slightly above USD $1, but prices drop to
less than a dollar for medium size orders. Wholesale and retail orders are
