Terms and Conditions - Policies and Procedures

1. All applications and money orders for membership fees are sent to
PILL in Winter Park, Florida.
2. The Trust is activated when the applicant has referred the
designated number of referrals and each deposit a membership fee.
3. Earnings will be distributed to activated Trusts as per program
specifications.
4. A processing fee of 5% up to $10 (max.) shall be charged for all
checks written by PILL to individual trusts.
5. All correspondence and documentation must contain the member's ID#
6. Make copies of the application and money order made out to PILL,
fax them to 407-679-5039.
7. After faxing the application and money order, mail to: PILL, PO Box
1870, Winter Park, Florida 32790. Your ID# will then be faxed or
