We have obtained one of the world's exclusive licenses for the Diana,
Princess of Wales Memorial Fund - Registered Charity #1064268 -
We're looking for a worldwide distribution channels for a very special
purpose. Our intitial product, a heart shaped pin with a rose in the middle
is currently retailing for $15.00 ($6.00 wholesale) at major dept stores in
the U.S. (Macy's New York, for one) at an incredable rate.
At the present time, per our licence agreement with Buckingham Place, the
product cannot sell on the Internet yet, but can be advertised on
television, in print, speciality stores, be used as non-profit fundraisers
and more. A minimum of 10% of the WHOLESALE price is being donated to the
fund.
We also have the licence for the photograph of Diana that appeared in the
Candle In The Wind album (from Elton John) that sold 35,000,000 world wide,
so far, and can be used with the promotion of the pin. Protected territories
(states and countries) available worldwide as long as you meet our minimum
quotas.
There are several marketing strategies.
1. Mail Order.
You can run approved ads in all your magazines and newspapers
throughout the country. We suggest you may want to partner with the
newspaper. Give them 50% of the profit should they run the ad with no
expense to you. They collect the money, they order from you and ship
directly to their customers.
2. Television Commercials
We are getting ready to do this here. We are in neogoitations with
a company that will purchase time and take 25% of the $20 selling price. We
collect the money and ship the goods. Very sweet deal. You could find the
same in your country as well.
3. Point of Purchase Displays.
We are selling this to the major department stores as well as
smaller independent chain stores (womens clothing and beauty supply /
salons ). Smaller stores purchase the rack (equipped with 48 pins) for the
price of $7.50 per pin plus $20.00 for the display). In the US, the majors
are jumping on this like its gold. Macy's of New York purchased 4000 pins
and sold 12% of their inventory the first 3 days with NO AD. The May
Company (mid west) ordered 1400 pins and sold their entire stock over 2 days
with a small ad.
4. Contact large Non-Profits for partnership.
Many large corporations WANT to affiliate themselves with the Diana,
Princess of Wales Memorial Fund. Let them market the product through their
organization.
5. Sell territorties within your country.
Put a buck on the cost and let smaller distributors run with the product.
Everything we do is cash up front. The people who is the vision, step up to
the plate. There is no hard sell with the product. Everyone in the world
knew of her and the good things she stood for. Everyone wants to be
involved. We are getting hundreds of calls daily for exclusive territorties
(states and/or counties).
This is the first of many products we will license. We are the only company
that has been actually "licensed" to sell for the fund outside of the Elton
John CD. I would like to invite you to come to the US and visit our factory
and meet the creator of this commorative piece of jewelry.

We are getting ready to offer a different package - a beautiful gift box
(sells better on TV and you can sell it for more than $15.00)
If you or your sources are interested in persuing a converation, please
contact Steve Levine at 510-829-7717 (SF Bay Area) for further discussions.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Steve Levine
