Its a black Honda CBF600 motorcycle with a big blue City Sprint top box.
There
are 2 parking tickets owned on it(over 1 year old).
You might find it on Scrutton Street, EC2
All clampers - clamp it and tow it away.
If its on sale, don't buy it.
