There's proof of name, any photo ID line driver's license or state identification, there's proof of citizenship, such as a birth certificate and/or proper passport documents, then there is proof of residence. I just feel like with a voter registration card is the ultimate show of hands because you have to have the other two. Same as you need one or the other with just citizenship or name to get the other.
