LoopNet Launches Free Job Board Ahead of Schedule

San Francisco, Calif. (May 9, 1998)—Overwhelming demand by LoopNet
members has compelled LoopNet (www.loopnet.com) to launch a free
commercial real estate Job Board several weeks ahead of schedule.
LoopNet’s Job Board will offer employers and job seekers the ability to
post job openings and resumes on the Internet’s largest commercial real
estate listing service for free.

LoopNet’s large and growing membership of over 43,000 professionals
affiliated with LoopNet’s participating organizations makes LoopNet the
perfect site for a Job Board. Since the beginning of the year, membership
has grown by an average of 50 commercial real estate professionals every
day. Occupations represented on the Job Board extend beyond sales and
leasing brokerage to include management, development, construction,
marketing, analysis, lending, retailing, consulting and appraising
professionals.
