New England Barn

I have a large 1841 New England barn in the Boston area. It's on 1 acre
of land zoned residential. I would like to find a way to keep it
preserved and maintained for the future. Anybody aware of any programs or
private parties that might be able to help. We stopped using it as a
working barn 50 years ago and have been maintaining it but I think its
only long term chance is to put in a business or multi-unit housing. The
town has indicated a willingness to be flexible in finding a way to save
it in its current, prominent location in Weston.

If we can't save it, the land, which is next to conservation land, is of
high value and we would consider dismantling the barn for sale. Anybody
interested? It's just under 4000 sf of footprint with one main structure
with 2 smaller wings.
