We have incorporated the newest technology into our Estimating Program
and have come up with a most unique approach to Construction Cost
Estimating. Computer Technology and Digital Imaging can be a mind
boggling prospect at times but we have taken the best of both technologies
and combined them to produce an Estimate that is more accurate and quite
easy for anyone to read.

You find that your framer has cut up the 18' 2x8's that you ordered for
ceiling joists for that wide span in the family room and has used them for
a closet ceiling where 8' material was intended?
Would a picture of your blueprints showing where all pieces of critical
framing materials are intended to be used eliminate such a costly mistake
in the future?
Our Estimate gives you that picture and tells you how many pieces are
needed
for a particular section and specifies the most practical lengths to order
for
that purpose.
We offer a comprehensive detailed Estimate using Construction Costs based
on the latest market pricing for Goods and Services in Your Area.
Our cost data comes from the very Subcontractors and Suppliers that you are
presently using. We also use your standard budget amounts for such items
as Carpet, Appliances, Etc. Our Estimates are Tailored specifically for
each individual builder.
Simply stated, our Estimates identify "Every Expense" and cost involved
with building a particular project (house, commercial building, remodeling
project) and provide you,
the Builder with a tool to use throughout the Construction process for
quick reference to costs and budget amounts and an itemized list of
materials for ordering purposes.

The recent Buyer focus on "Cost Per Square Foot" with few other

remain very competitive and have every tool at their disposal to ensure
that their product is accurately represented and that all costs are
identified.

margins are trimmed to the bone as they are these days.
We understand that, quite often, you are too busy trying to build
buildings, chase
down Subcontractors, and keep your cash flow up to par to have the proper
amount of time, without telephones and other distractions, to devote to
compiling
an estimate that you can feel confident about.
We also know that your job costs can quickly over run cost projections
without
easy reference to projected cost information. Give our cost estimates to
your Supervisors in the field to be used as a guideline for purchasing
Materials
and hiring Subcontractors.
The format is simple and will be modified to suit your own cost code set
up. Use our budget numbers to plug into your own Construction Management
program and easily track job costs from start to finish.
Standard Estimating Fees:
up to 2000 Sq. Ft. - $375.00
2000 to 2499 Sq. Ft. - $425.00
2500 to 2999 Sq. Ft. - $475.00
3000 to 3499 Sq. Ft. - $500.00
3500 Sq. Ft. and over - $500.00 plus $0.12 per Sq. Ft. for
footage over 3500 Sq. Ft.
*Other pricing structures available for take-offs in commercial
buildings
