I found a useful Windows based software for building scheduling. Seems to be
easy to use and has an add on that enables a palmpilot. It is called
schedulebuilder and can be found at www.cpsusa.com.

Its an 11+ meg download, but it is fully functional free 30 day demo, minus
the Palmpilot add-on...
