Hi All
I am part owner of 150 of water-front property in British Columbia,
Canada.
At present some of the owners have indicated an interest in selling
their share.
Does anyone know of or can advice on, what sort of a legal structure
would be helpful in doing a "green development" perhaps with many
different owners.
Comments or suggestions?
