Silk Mills, Coal Breakers, Birdges, Industrial buildings

Hopefully someone on the preservation newsgroup will like this
I started out as a railfan taking photos of railroads, but moved on to
buildings
such as coal breakers, silk mills, historic bridges (Iron truss are
favorites) and other
industrial buildings

I have updated my page(s) again.
On http://www.geocities.com/SoHo/Lofts/6444 we have a new background, a
shot of the substation and powerhouse at the former Huber Colliery in
Ashley, PA. Also on the title page, four yard shots at Taylor PA showing
CP and NS units in the yard.
I am also working on a monochrome Stations, Towers and Depots Archive. I
have quite a bunch of such monochrome scans. I want to scan them in as
color, but it is summer and I want to have fun. I can do that when I am
snowbound. This should happen in the next week or two.

On http://nepa.railfan.net we have a new background, a shot of trestles
over the D&H ROW at Olyphant, PA. The remaining trackage to Carbondale is
operated by the D-L railroad. On the title page, a series of shots showing
the Scranton Lace Company on Mylert Ave in Scranton PA. This silk mill has
an ornate clock tower and I thought it was a church when I first saw it.
I have started a new section on Silk Mills, because of there importance to
the industrial devlopment of the region
The first set of photos, we get double duty out of. They are "spy-cam"
photos of the Lackawanna Trolley Museum at Steamtown, with just happens to
be in the former United Silk Mills Complex. This is at

Sorry if you are strictly a railfan and not interested in other industrial
history, but this is what happens when there are no trains to take picture
of, you find other things.
