We are a company specialising in bespoke virtual reality software.
so...what am I posting in this newsgroup for?...
One of the applications this technology particularly suits, is the
visualisation of architecture and interior design.
Let clients/prospective investors wander around the building you have
designed, before they've spent a penny; test and prove your designs.
Internally, you could do things as simple as showing options available;
styles, colours, fittings..etc
Externally, you could show them a range of designs, environmental
consequences..etc.
This could be particularly useful in 'selling' an 'alternative' approach to
architecture, perhaps letting the user switch between styles, allowing
comparisons between a renovated, period, or a more contemporary approach,
with the client able to visualise the finished work first hand, as he/she
walks around within the virtual version of that world.
This mail is really just to make you aware of this medium. It needn't be
expensive, and we are the best.
Sorry if you think this post is off-topic, but I don't.
Perhaps you aren't aware of the quality of VR these days, so please just
have a quick look at our website.
