I am looking for feedback comparing two models of rotary laser level. The CST LaserMark
wizard LM20 and the Momentum lasers ChalkLine XL appear to be similar in most respects including
price. The LM20 includes a vertical beam, but the ChalkLine comes with a unit to tell if the laser
has been bumped since leveling and the tripod mount looks better.
Does anyone have experience with either of these units or manufacturers?

Thanks,

--Derek

BTW - a good web site offering both levels is at http://sktoolstore.com/index.html

Hello!

The company I work for deals mostly with Laser Alignment; they have an interior laser called an LB-9 which is far superior to both the levels you mentioned.  Of course, the LB-9 is maybe a little more laser than you're looking for, and comes complete with a higher price tag.  MUCH better tool, though.

In any case, we deal with CST extensively; they've been in business forever and they have a good warranty program and a fairly efficient service department.

Before you buy, though, I'd strongly suggest that if you're from the US, you call Laser Alignment.  Their toll free number is 1-800-4LASERS (800-452-7377)

Here's a link to OUR web-site, where you can check out some of the LB-9's features.  http://cs95.com/laserindex.htm
