Poll: favourite B/A episodes

I was looking at my personal pages on the abe- and nsks websites where I
(we) mention our favourite episodes. A list that should probably be
reviewed having seen all of season 5. Which is a fun thing to think about
and I was wondering whether any of you share that ;-)
We have made lists often enough but opinions and feelings change; also in
hindsight, past episode become even more interesting, now that we know
what happened after that.
So tell us : what are your favourite Buffy and Angel episodes *per
season*? Don't forget spoilerspace if you want to talk about S5/S2.

Hrm.
Buffy season one: Prophecy Girl. (And I'll be good and not list the
runners-up.)
Buffy season two: I'm going to give two answers, because there's what
I consider the best episode (Passion), and my favorite (Halloween).
Passion isn't one I'm likely to watch over and over again. Halloween
is. (C'mon. Ethan. Anyone's surprised?)
Buffy season three: Oy. Um, probably The Wish, but Helpless and
Earshot and Doppelgangland really really close behind.
Buffy season four: Hush. No question.
Angel season one: Rm w/a Vu. (Dennis! I like Dennis.)

Well, actually... no, kidding really :-)
I have made my final decisions about Angel. Now I have to think about Buffy
Seasons 3 and 5... will do so overnight and get back to me tomorrow.

Okay I think I've made up my mind
Angel
Season 1 : I Will Remember You (because of kitchen tables and me being a
sucker for the Buffy/Angel romance)
Buffy
Season 1 : Angel (because I'm a sucker for the B/A romance)
Season 2 : I can't make up my mind... it's What's My Line (because Spike
and Dru are at their best) or Becoming, because that one has it
all, Spike/Dru, Buffy/Angel, heeps of drama. Still makes me cry.
Season 3 : Lovers Walk. Or Amends :)
Season 4 : Harsh Light of Day (Spike)

Angel Season 2 : Darla (because I'm a great fan of Angelus flashbacks and
lots of Lindsey)

Woohoo! A poll!
.... Hmmm.
Having considered a bit made me realize this is more difficult than I
first thought, but here are my favourites:
Buffy season one: 'Prophesy Girl'
But 'I Robot You Jane' and 'The Pack' comes as close seconds.
Buffy season two: 'Becoming, part 2'
With 'School Hard' nipping its heels.
Buffy season three: 'Band Candy'
'Lovers Walk' and 'Doppelgangland' almost made it to the first spot.
Buffy season four: Oh, no, I just can't decide! Sorry, but this season
there has to be two number one. I can't choose between them because
both are good in such different ways:
'Something Blue' and 'Hush'
'The Harsh Light of Day' is sulking in the corner 'cause it was left
out.
Buffy season five: 'Crush'
And the nominees that almost made it: 'The Body', 'Fool For Love'.
Angel season one:
'In The City of'
Angel season two: 'Reunion'
With 'Dead End' and 'Darla' a close second.

Kinda caught me off guard but here goes...
Season one:
I Robot, You Jane
Season two:
I only have Eyes for You
Season three:
The Wish
The Zeppo
Season four:
Restless
-because it's propably the best episode of any series that i've ever
seen. Perfect music score and the overall feeling of "dreams"? Kinda
hard to explain. Better watch it for the 30th time to make sure :)

really tough one. Maybe "The Replacement" or "Intervention" because
they were also enterraining to watch and not so full of heavy drama.
