Interview/question..... no spoilers

A few (actually many) posts back, someone came up with a clever remark/throwaway witty line about America being a strange country because there, hair under a woman's arm is considered somehow unclean. And if I remember rightly this was wrapped up in a discussion about feminism....

Anyway I have a query/question that has bothered me for a while and I hope all the buffy experts (who are much much more learned than I can ever dream of :-)) can help me out...

Basically I remember reading somewhere in a trashy magazine about a quote/reply from Sarah Michelle Gellar. When asked in an interview whether or not she was a feminist, SMG replied something along the lines of.."Of course not, feminists have hairy armpits, oooh yuck!"

Anyway does this paraphase of a quote have any factual basis, or is it misquoted or what? Actually I would hate for it to be true!!!
