Ah, just saw this 250 point bit. Okay, that might change some of my
comments.
And it's the nature of the beast that all my comments are likely
to be where I disagree. Overall I think all your conversions are
great, and I like the main page too.

: We have Angelus:
Looks good. I might go with a higher Ego just because of all the
crap he's survived. And he managed to resist the First Evil, after
all. Depends on when in the series you're taking him from, I think.
I KNOW there are some people who'll say he needs higher than a 14
Comeliness, but that's subjective.
Can he actually track by scent? I've never seen that. Cool.
I think the Holy Items aversion might be a PsychLim as well -
vamps recoil from a cross even when it's not damaging them.
And does the fact that the Holy Water/Cross/whatever have to
actually touch him change the point cost? I can't remember.
Good stuff!
: Buffy Anne Summers:
She's a little stronger than Angel, that's good. Though in Champs
the difference has no real game effect, come to think of it.
Do you really think Angel's faster? Though again, it doesn't make
that much difference.
I'd give her a higher Ego, personally. She's tougher than the average
joe off the street or she'd be dead by now.
Her Rec's a little lower than Angel too. I'd call them even, but either
10 or 11 would work for either one of them.
Ah, the good old damage reduction via getting the hell out of Dodge.
Always liked that one.
The regen looks to be just the right time frame.
With those combat levels and the Fast Strike she should kick the
crap out of Angelus. I really like the limit on the levels, by
the way. I've never seen that one before, but I'm gonna steal it.
I like the PsychLims and I LOVE the overuses Strength PhysLim. That's
always been one of my favorites for brick characters.
I notice you don't have the prophetic dreams power on her sheet. I'd
have no problem at all making it a GM fiat in a game I ran, especially
since you were limiting yourself to 250 points.
: and Willow Rosenberg:
Her Strength might be a bit low - she's not buff (no pun intended)
but she's no weakling either. Maybe an 8?
Her Ego seems a bit high, especially compared to Buffy. And consider
that she's flirted with black magic more than once and had trouble
resisting her attraction to Xander when she knew what she was doing
was wrong. She's not weak-willed, but she's not as strong-willed
as a normal human can be either, in my opinion.
I like the Presence - she's usually mousy, but when she roars look out!
Just as pretty as Buffy makes sense to me.
PD and ED are both high for a supposedly normal girl but this is
heroic fantasy so no problems.
I really like the Incredible Combat Luck, but it'd be cheaper to
just buy it as levels devoted solely to DCV, and it would help her
when she's running away from hand to hand attacks too.
Has she displayed mental defense or power defense? I haven't seen
all the episodes.
The TK looks good, and damned useful. Which it is. It might be too
strong though - a 5 Strength can lift slightly over 100 pounds. The
lowest the strength table goes is -25, which is equivalent to a
grenade or a football and is still incredibly useful when used
invisibly at range. Of course, you can't buy lower than 0 Strength
TK legally, so what the heck.
I'd throw side effects on her VPP, or at least on most of the
spells she chooses to use. I'm not up on VPPs though - does the
No Skill Roll required apply to switching powers or to the powers
themselves? Because her spells definitely require a skill roll, and
for a long time she flubbed them fairly freqently.
I'd add Xander to the list of those she's loved and/or still loves.
They'll get together one day, I just know it!!
You might add a Psychlim about her temper. She can be quite catty
when provoked, and I'd say anyone who almost sicced Satan on her
boyfriend deserves a few points in something related to Vengeance.
I hope the bisexual quirk doesn't spark another one of those damned
debates...
Overall, I love all three conversions and can't wait to see more!
Thanks for putting them up.
