I assume you're talking about the pilot episode (was this just a
leaked 'Screener' or has it ever been aired?) The series doesn't air
until March, I believe.
I thought it was quite funny, off-beat and not at all sentimental.
In tone it's very like Dead Like Me - IMO a good thing.
In plot it's been compared to Joan of Arcadia, except that it was made
at the same time and I for one found it far more edgy, interesting and
appealing. Joan of Arcadia is so very, very.... familiar. I just
didn't feel like I had the energy to bother with it, whereas
Wonderfalls grabbed my attention.
The excellent Tim F Minear is on board as the showrunner after the
pilot.

Since the only thing you could see is the pilot, and if you aren't in the
industry, only that by illegal download, there's a limited amount to
comment on.
The series debuts on March 16 on the Fox network here in the States. The
pilot, which has been out on the internet since summer, may be somewhat
changed by then. That was certainly the case with the Tru Calling and
Joan of Arcadia pilots and their respective series premieres.

You mean besides the fact it isn't airing quite yet?

Hmm, there's something called "Wonderfalls *FOX* Series Premiere
(Exclusive Pilot)" just appeared on bittorrent. I assume this is the
same leaked pilot as before.

Yup, says is the pilot & there is no mention of Tim in it yet. Though I dont
have a copy of the original leaked versin to compare with.
