This is my first posting to this ng, so greetings all.
Does anyone know of any signings arraged in the UK or Europe for the R2
release of Season1 DVD? I realise that the cast are filming Season5 at the
moment, but maybe there's something organised.
I think the whole situation in which DVD is released so long after VHS is
rediculous. I understand that there's a huge backlog of movies and TV to
release, but it's a bit like bands releasing their albums on tape a few
months before CD! I'm a total convert to DVD and don't really want to waste
money on two versions of the same thing.

Haven't heard anything at all about it, so I'm guessing that's a no.

True enough..at least us Europeans got the boxed sets in the first
place! The US still has absolutely nothing, and now it looks like the R1
(not the R2, European) release is going to be delayed interminably due
to some malarky with the syndication of the show stateside..I sort of
pity the poor fools (that, and I'm annoyed because I wanted a R1
disc..;-)
Keep in mind that not everyone owns a DVD player yet, and that VHS is
still a pretty reasonable market (I, for one, don't yet own a DVD
player, but I'm going to buy one damn soon. Before November 27th if
possible :-))

Bye, Rob
What's wrong with Malarky? (I'm not even sure it's spelled correctly,
but that's beside the point right now.)

:-p
Well, lets see...fan of a homicidal Robot guy? Hmmm....nope. Sorry.

I'd find an appropriate quite, but I don't have the transcripts on this
PC and I'm too lazy to go download them. So there.
Here you are. Oh, and according to dictionary.com, both spellings
are correct.
You're welcome,
