sounds of seison 4 from buffy/ and from the angel series

I've got URL's with sounds of the buffy the vampire series, but only till
season 3
so my question is :
does somebody have url's from sounds from buffy the vampire slayer from
seison 4?
and does somebody have sounds of the angel series??
i really hope so
