Finally new Buffy eps !! well i actually saw this one already, but that was
some time ago.
First thing i noticed: God, Buffy is really tinny (sp?), when you see her
next to Riley. I never noticed before how small she is.
Next thing: i can't believe Buffy would "lie" to Giles again !, after she
"lied" about Angel coming back and about faith killing that mayor-guy. She
should know better by now.
About the rest of the ep: not really impressive.
Spike is becoming just too silly.
End of the world: Again !!! Been there, done that. Monster-fish guy weren't
really convincing, are they running out of masks or something ?. The whole
thing was just a back drop for the Buffy-Riley
storyline.
Of course it *did * have it funny moments.
Riley drawing a blank after Buffy's big revelation that she is the Slayer.
Spike in Xander's cloths ( well, almost all scenes with Spike in it are good
in my book )
Riley's paintball excuse.
Willow's lovely Bunny t-shirt.
Spike pretending not to know Riley.
To name a few.

Yeah, it HAS been a while..gonna indulge myself soon. Make food first,
me hungry. (yes, I know its late...;-)

Tiny. One n. Tinny means something else entirely. She does look really
little when standing next to Riley, but then, it was pretty noticeable
with Angel as well, IMHO. She's a little person.

Buffy isn't actually that smart where lying is concerned. Its not like
Giles isn't going to find out sooner rather than later anyway..kindof a
been there done that stretch the plot ploy, IMO. Gets annoying. Trust
the gang already! (Then again, the point of this season was what,
fragemnted gang or something like that?)

Indeed. It had a terrible rep as one of the worst of the season, which I
don't think is justified. Wasn't good, wasn't terrible. It WAS funny.

Well, maybe. I prefer him evil, but he's really amusing in this episode.
Agreed, over the top and silly, but that's valid once in a while. Hope
it doesn't stay that way for too long, though.

I took it as a bit of a joke more than anything else. I can't seem to
take end of the world things seriously anymore. It was pretty much a
backdrop for Riley/Buffy, but it also gave us an excuse to go back to
the ruined school (with bits of Mayor still lying around.) Makeup didn't
bug me last time, this time I'll have a better image, though.

Right. Immensly amusing.

Pathetic. He's just as bad a liar as Buffy is (most of the time.)

More like Spike trying not to let Riley recognize him. His fake American
accent had me ROTFL yet again. An american pretending to be a brit
pretending to be an american. Wonderfully terrible accent :))

Mmmm, I thought they looked quite good. Pretty strong SOB's as well.
Remember the demons in The Zeppo? They were quite strong as well. Seems
quite strong demons are needed to open the Hellmouth.
