*sigh* its been answered several times (learn to use Deja...) but
anyway: Seasons 1 and 2 have been released (well, box one of season 2)
as boxed sets in the UK. No boxed sets avaliable in the US, and no plans
for them AFAIK. Supposedly there will be a region 2 release (europe) on
DVD, but no confirmation.
You can order the boxed sets via http://www.blackstar.co.uk where they
are decently priced, no shipping charges, to extra taxation (EU country)
No subtitles or anything though. No word yet on Dutch release (if it
ever comes) or about the release of boxed sets for S3 and S4 (I'd say
they will appear, but it will take a while..)
