A rather extensive review and, oh goody, some menu-shots!

I mean, no offence to Sarah, of course, it's just that this pose
always seems a little forced, cheap and out of character to me.
Just a minor point.

Indeed..now I really, really need to get a DVD player. The magic cards,
the books have got to be sold, and I must go get a job, fast.

Ah. That the reason, huh? I'll buy that.

Well, you could always decide to wait for the R1 release after
all. That would give you... another year or so. Hey, it was just
a suggestion.

Oh, sorry, was that a worrying statement? Just to be clear, in
principle, I have nothing against Cleavagey Shots of Sarah
Michelle Gellar [tm]. There's nothing bad about CSoSMG[tm]'s. In
fact, they're normal. They're better than normal, they're good,
nice, positive... things. In principle. Satisfied?

[notices the room's gone silent and everyone's looking at him]

Oh, you weren't needing validation of that particular fact right
now...

Yep. I mean, while CSoSMG[tm]'s are not bad by any means, this
one just says to me "Hi, I'm Sarah Michelle Gellar, sorry for
appearing in this ridiculous pose, looking like some sort of ill
and infirm cat crawling accross the floor, but somebody figured
that to get this video to sell well enough, the fan boys need to
be blatantly reminded of the existence of my boobs, and that this
was the best way to achieve that." It could be just me.

Anyway, looking at some of those other pictures there, I find
myself suddenly reminded of the comeplete and utter cuteness that
was Sarah's S1 look! Wow... I guess that's just another way in
which, quite frankly, those were the days :)

Sorry about the shallow post, perhaps I'm drunk, you don't know.

If you don't know whether you're drunk or not, you are.

Perhaps? Does that mean you don't know? In that case, I refer you
to your initial statement.

... and in a suplemental post...

Right. But you're not evil, I mean you're not here to bite
people?

Isn't this one a screenshot from Where the Small Things Are. You know, the
one with all those vampire dwarfs. Buffy had to get on her hands and knees
to stake them.

Or... no, now I remember, it's from Beer Bad. It's the scene where Buffy
leans over the bar and threatens to stake the bartender if he doesn't give
her a friggin beer.

Oh but no, it's from Prophecy Girl. You remember the heroic scene where
Buffy runs toward the Master to stake him, and accidently trips over a
corpse. That was hilarious.

Bye, Patrick

*lol*. I'm sure Mattia's going "Hey, that's a good idea! And it onle
requires a years wait" right now ;-)

Well, I have never thought of that picture in just *that* particular
way, but I can basically see your point....

Yup. SMG used to be a real cutie. She used to be my female disctraction
in the show, not Alyson. I mean she just looked more healthy and
Alyson's beauty was still way more masked. In season2 (in fact in season
2, ep 1 during a particular smile at the end of the episode) I started
to notice good ol' Aly ;-) But basically, SMG was a real hottie. She's
just sort of lost that now. I mean she's obviously lost weight, giving
her that new popular-in-hollywood extreme thinness look. Which I
basically really don't like. Plus her hairdo and outfits used to be
better.....

> Sorry about the shallow post, perhaps I'm drunk, you don't know.

Well, mine was about as shallow. And first of all I can't drink
(doctor's orders), haven't seen a drop of Alcohol in two years or so,
and second of all if I were drunk *now* it would definatly not be a good
thing ;-)

See Ya,
George

You'd better be, otherwise you're not invited to my house anymore for our
little gettogether ;-)
And then would need to find another :-(

Selling the Magic Cards is a good idea. And it will probably get you a
decent DVD-player. Hell, even Wehkamp is selling region-free ones
these days :-)
