Hi,

Saw some messages about Faith being in a movie on tv. Didn't see anyone
(the dutch i mean) talk about the movie with Juliet Landau (Drusilla)
this week. So it's up to me i guess :-)

For those who missed it she was in the movie called Ravager (tuesday,
veronica, 23.05). It was a science fiction movie where she played some
kind of confused clone. Not a great movie but a good one if you like her
and want to see if she can play others roles then druscilla.

The answer is yes and no because she just played another weird role
witch had some simulairity with Dru's behavior. But then again in some
scenes she played "normal".

If you missed it try to call friends and ask if they taped it.

Anyone else saw it and wants to give comments?

hmmmmmm
saw buffy in cruel intentions
saw oz in austin powers
saw faith in true lies
saw willow in my stepmother is a alien (american pie isn't out here)
saw krisy swanson as buffy :-)
now drusilla....

guess i'm waiting to see spike in some movie
(he's the most wanted to see in another movie of the cast where i
haven't see a movie from)

Took a quick look at my cinemania '96 cd-rom. It says Faith played
already in 5 movies. And dru played already in 2 (one of them is Ed wood
!!!!! Great movie !!!) Oh boy, guess i'm going to the video store...

Bye,
Dovey

I haven't seen the film but someone told me that Alyson's character's
boyfriend in "My Stepmother Is An Alien" is played by none other than
Seth Green AKA Oz.

Which is nice :)

Yup. It's true. Check out http://us.imdb.com/Title?0095687 for the info
on MSIAN.

Your right he plays also in that movie. Saw it when i look on my cd-rom
and searched for his real name.
It is indeed funny how they played "a couple" in that movie en now on
buffy.

For the Dutch and Belgium readers in this newsgroep:

Good news!!! Ed Wood is coming on tv. Friday the 15th on Canvas (what
used to be BRT 2) at 23.30.

As i said Juliet Landau plays in Ed Wood. No idea how big her role is in
that movie but i liked that movie very much when i saw it the first
time. Especially the part played by Martin.... Landau (are they related
somehow???) Can't remember her part though...

Must warn you guys that it is not a movie with lots of special effects
and stuff like that (like in mainstream movies). Some of the little
special effect that they have are *very*, *very*, *very* low budget
(like the hilarious sea monster scene). If you like "weird movies" i
think it's a must see.

Wanted to tape that movie anyway... now i have two reasons...

No it wasn't sarcasm. I just saw they had the same last name and thought
are they related?
Maybe i should have punt just one question mark after the question. Oh
well, thanks for answering the question.

He's in Saving Private Ryan (bit part) from what I've heard. That may
not be the film, but I do know he was in a film recently.

I'm just hoping if they do a Hellblazer film that they'll cast him as
the lead.

I'm also holding out for him to play Edward if they ever do a Guilty
Pleasures film.

...and [added Random Trivia Girl] also in Ravager is Robin Sachs, aka
Ethan Rayne. I still haven't seen it, though...it's not on a lot here
:)

What is Hellblazer?

I misread: Hellraiser. I think JM would do well in any Clive
Barker film.

Hellblazer is a comic done by DC:Vertigo. The main character is an
"almost" middle aged british occultist named John Constantine. I
kinda envision James Marster ( Spike ) playing the part of John in
college. Either that or with the wonders of makeup magic - he could
play john in present day time.

Good gods no! No more Hellraiser flicks. They've lobotomized Pinhead
into the Freddy Krueger of the 90's They should've stopped at
Hellbound.

But none of the sequels were done by Clive Barker, I think.
Which I appreciate, time wasting on making films, when I'm
eagerly awaiting his next novel.
